"Peter, our dedicated Community Manager at Alike Health, shares his journey of impact within alike.health's thriving global community.

Can you share your personal mantra and how it influences your work at alike.health?

My personal mantra is “take every opportunity that comes your way. You never know how much you can grow from it.” This is exactly the philosophy I enter the workplace with every day. At Alike, I partake in all the meetings, take initiative in my work, and make an effort to get to know my coworkers.

Can you share a surprising fact about yourself that most people wouldn't expect?

My most fun fact is that I did ballroom dance for most of my life! It’s taught me disciplined, but also how to have fun on the weekend!😁

What activities do you enjoy outside of work?

Outside of work, I love going to concerts, running along the beach, and going to museums.

Can you share a story or experience from your work at alike.health that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?

As an Alike community manager, I get to engage with our amazing community members. Recently, an Aliker suffered a loss in his family that really impacted them. Witnessing the entire community unite and rally around them with support, condolences, and guidance served as a powerful reminder of the uniqueness of being an Alike intern and the resilience of the continuously expanding Alike community.

What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of the job is getting to learn from my coworkers. Alike is unique in that I am able to sit in on every meeting, chat with all my coworkers, and contribute to the new and exciting projects we are working on.
