it really differs for everyone what helps but some things to try: connection! reaching out to loved ones, spending time doing things you enjoy, getting the sleep ur body needs (again, diff for everyone), drinking enough water, eating what feels good to ur body, exercise, journaling, meditation, etc

I just started working out and it helps so much. Mentally and physically but also just knowing you overcame a challenge. I’d say do things you know you will be proud of yourself afterwords. That will increase your self love and be patient with yourself

nothin relaxes me anymore...its gotten so bad with ptsd and depression that i lost interest in a lot of things, and i fight with my husband..
