Usually when I'm dealing with anxiety/depression real bad my whole chest hurts. Feels like someone is sitting on my chest. I've never had it just hurt on one side. So it might be something you wanna get checked out.

okay and it doesn't happen often, just I think when I'm really stressed and tired I think. But one day the pain was pretty severe on my left side it wrapped round the front of my left side 2 the back of my left and lasted seemed like for maybe a few hours 🤷🏽‍♀️. I was scared I was having a heart attack but the pain finally subsided so I felt like it was nothing..I mean I'm scared to go to the doctor and they just tell me the pain is all in my head then act like I'm crazy and I'm not just super stressed out right now😪

I would talk to your doctor if you’re really concerned, but I don’t think this is a physical health condition if it mostly happens when you’re stressed - I know when I get super anxious my entire right side feels like it’s burning/tingling so having your pain localized in one spot may not be super bad
