When I have a panick attack I get tunnel vision and can't move emotionally. Doe anyone have any tips on how to come out of it. That works for you?

Yes! Sometimes I know I am starting to feel an anxiety attack by the feeling of numbness in my hands.

I do in my arms but that’s due to stress resulting in muscle tension in my neck and shoulders and constriction of the blood vessels into my arms! Not normally an issue unless I lay on my arm for too long!
