I asked the same question with costochondritis & my cardiologist says you'll know if it's your heart. Ahhh. I don't know that I will. I don't think people understand how much pain we live with. But I do know this if it's your heart it's a radiating pain.

Our bodies can deceive us. Women experience heart pain different than men. When I had several blood clots I was told it would be a stabbing pain, but it wasn't for me, it was like several belly flops in the pool, you know that sting. That's what it was like for me when I had 15 blood clots at the same time. It's always best to be checked out if you are unsure. Better to be safe than sorry.

Go to ER if your heart is ok it’s likely fibro. You need to see Dr!
