I genuinely don't know the right answer to this. I think it depends on the person who is testing you. For me I would but I would bring that list for every single doctor appointment for every single kind of DX I might have because it's the only way that I've managed to get doctors to actually listen to what I have to say about the diagnosis that I think applies to me. However there is absolutely the possibility that it could have only worked for me because I had certain types of doctors, or because I was doing it in a certain region, there's a lot of external factors that may apply. Some doctors would never even look at the list and would just tell me that I didn't have it and that I needed to stop doing research because I was just giving myself confirmation bias. So I started also doing research into other things that could apply as differential diagnosis that have overlapping symptomology, and after looking at their symptoms as well and ruling them out because of other non-matching major factors, and coming to the same conclusion as I did before, I switched doctors to ones who will listen to me. If they will not at least look at the list, consider it, look at it for an appropriate amount of time that denotes that they are actually reading it rather than just looking at it for 3 seconds to make me think they are looking at it, then I know that that's the right doctor for me and I can trust their opinion more.
