I do that when I dissociate. I’ve been doing it quite often and I believe I may have some sort of dissociative disorder of some sort. Don’t quite me in that as I’ve not got therapy or gotten it diagnosed yet. I get a lot of things when I dissociate. I get physically and mental numb, no thoughts in my head, I stare off, things look very different anything from warping shapes to sharpened vision, I don’t feel that my body is actually mine, I feel like I’m in a dream, my heart races, and I have trouble breathing. I honestly need to know too I get that feeling a lot

Yeah, when that happens to me ... it means my anxiety is to high and is in panic attack zone. It's either gonna be a panic attack or is a small panic attack.
