Need advice on Botox shots for OAB bladder retention and bedwetting

I have botox shots coming up for my oab bladder retention small bladder capacity and bedwetting. I just found out I have spinal stenosis. I have type 2 diabetes fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. I have seen the urologist about 10 times they don't seem to have any idea what's going on and I am hesitant about doing this. any advice?

I also have all of those things, except diabetes. At least I haven't been diagnosed or tested for diabetes... is there like a test run or lower dosage of botox they can give you? Or something similar? I would personally want to give it a try, so that you might get some relief SOMEWHERE. I know when I get relief from any of my issues, no matter how insignificant it may seem to others, it impacts everything else, especially my mood... I hope they find out what's going on with you quickly! ❤️ Please update!

it's been 6 days since botox and I find myself peeing less often but still have the bedwetting and urgency.

Imo, it is worth a try. Anything that can potentially ease pain and suffering, or at the very least help with symptoms, is worth trying. I recently did botox for my migraines. It was a little scary, but the potential benefits are tremendous. I did research on it before I decided to do it. I was told not to expect immediate results. It's usually the 2nd or 3rd set of shots that you will notice improvement. Please do your own research on Botox before you decide. I know it's not for everyone. But, I think it could be beneficial. I go in for my 2nd set soon. Hopefully, I see results with this set. Good luck!

eventhough it's not exactly the result you were hoping for, do you feel like it was, at the very least, a step in the right direction?
