@Leese idk but I am scared of this medication and my daughter was just put on it. She has epilepsy caused by stress n anxiety n lack of sleep so I'm very concerned about its affects and side affects as well as if u need to come off of it. The withdrawals affects after coming off these types of meds can be worse than condition it was prescribed for

I've had a good experience. It's just enough to calm my nerves without being over powering
