It might be helpful to share your condition with those who you trust and who have shown themselves to be understanding and supportive in the past. These are the people who are likely to offer you the empathy and support you need. When to tell them can vary—some find it easier to share early in a relationship to establish trust and open communication

@XOXOFAITH Sharing our diagnosis is sometimes pretty tough. I have lost friends and come to appreciate others who pleasantly surprised me with support. If you are also inquiring about sharing at work - in my opinion this depends on each company's culture and your team. It should be supportive however unfortunately not all organizations are as understanding as they should be.
