I’m 20, also trying to manage and learn life with chronic pain. My pots and subluxing with hEDS are my biggest issues. I’m not handling it very well to be honest. I’m 18 and also struggling to manage my dysautonomia and pain with eds. I also have celiac disease as well as anxiety and depression. I am on so many medications that it’s difficult to see if anything is helping. I'm 20 and was diagnosed in early 2020 Trying to recover but it's difficult, you get your shoulders better and they sublux badly again. I'm sick of trying so hard for nothing. I also struggle with ADHD depression and anxiety. The dysautonomia is really bad too, numb hands and feet, headaches, nausea. Just feel exhausted all the time. It's all super frustrating. Hopefully we can help support each other here.
