Recommendations for Chronic Pain Medications?

Can anyone recommend any medications to ask my doctor about? Paracetamol rarely ever even touches my chronic pain so I have codeine for when it gets extremely bad but I have nothing for those middle ground days where I'm definitely in tons of pain but it's not enough to take the codeine.

I'm on duloxetine right now and that seems to be helping a bit, definitely not perfect but the idea of duloxetine is it supposed to turn down your nervous system a little bit

I'm on morphine, l was on opioid patch, stopped working bc it wasn't touching the pain
