Advice on creating communication cards for someone with learning disabilities and anxiety

I have been having trouble with sometimes going mute when anxious or not knowing what to say. so I've been thinking about making communication cards to help but I don't want them to look childish. so I am asking for advice on what I should include considering that I have a few different learning disabilities that kind of overlap. I self-identify as autistic, and also have ADHD, NVLD and GAD. NVLD causes me to have struggle with non verbal communication skills and is supposed to increase my auditory communication. But sometimes my suspected autism gets in the way.

Yeah, that's exactly what I experience. But my mom doesn't want me to use a app to help me speak when it happens so she didn't even want me to use communication cards but sometimes I feel like I need them.

When this happens for me I usually just type (like in the notes app or something) what I’m wanting to say and show it to the person I’m trying to communicate with.

Alright, though I need a new phone battery soon. I think I might only be able to use my phone a few more days before I need a new battery.
