hi! some things that have helped me get through eating is having someone eat with me. or eating “snacks” instead of “meals”. i often feel more guilty or uncomfortable when i eat a large amounting, so the snacks help me keep myself fueled.

hey! so, eating doesn’t actually make you gain weight. everyone has a basal metabolic rate that it always needs, not including any exercise or anything. so, eating food is how you keep your body running. your body needs food simply to function! If you are noticing that you’re more hungry and are gaining weight, it might be that your body is growing, your hormones are changing, or any number of factors! my best advice would be to follow your hunger cues and eat balanced and mindfully.
