My main panic attack/anxiety symptom is nausea. I sort of find that I have two types of panic attacks. Ones where I’m uncontrollably crying and shaking, my hands, face and feet will go numb. And ones where I’m sure I’m going to be sick (I also suffer from emetophobia). And lots of times my nausea panic attacks will sort of turn into crying ones. Usually I find it hard to breath, I’ll be dizzy, heart racing etc. I also get diarrhea haha. There’s more but I can’t think haha

And for coping skills, I have a panic attack medicine and an anti nausea which help a lot. But breathing and reminding myself that I’ll be okay is important. Cold water or ice on the back of your neck. Etc :)

My panic attacks are dizziness, heart racing, nausea, tingling hands and feet, this feeling of just... doom... I feel like I need to run away but I don't know what I'm running from.

Coping skills I'm still working on, but breathing and word games seem to help some. I also need to be cold so a fan on my face or a cold rag helps.

My panic attacks make me feel like im going to pass out, give me hot tension in the head, a nervous stomach, dizziness, weight in my limbs, and then it all goes south and I can’t see or hear or move and I basically feel like im going to die. Those are very very hard to get out of, usually someone is there to help me by giving me a shock to my system like cold water or shaking me or something. Before that happens, I usually surround myself with people and try to distract myself, or tell myself the physical anxiety symptoms im feeling are just feelings in my body and won’t hurt me. It doesn’t always work lmao
