Going on long walks with my favorite music blaring in my ears really gets the endorphins flowing. Time with family does, too. Reading, keeping in contact with friends and watching my favorite shows.

I did have a notebook that I was using as a journal, but I've lost it somewhere, so I'm going to see if I can find a notebook that I haven't used yet and use that as a journal instead as the very first time I wrote in my journal it helped me to start to feel better. I even had my journal with me when I was in hospital last February (2023) and i found it really useful to have somewhere to write down my feelings and then be able to put it away in the locker next to my bed.
