I thankfully have a good support system that I talk to about everything. I know not everyone has that available, have you tried journaling? Do you have a therapist?

I have a therapist, and a good support system, but I can't stop isolating which also doesn't help my recovery in alcoholism. I tried Journaling but it didn't really help

It's good that you have those things already set up, do you have a sponsor to help you with your recovery from alcoholism? Also if you are having paranoia my other question is are you on medication and is it helping at all?

No sponsor yet, I have yet to continue meetings. The only meds that I'm on are abilify and adderall for my fatigue!

Therapy has helped me a lot through this. It also tends to depend on what I'm paranoid about. I'll work myself up into a tizzy but sometimes I have to sit down and break it down for myself thinking about the likelihood of things being the way I'm perceiving them.

I would suggest trying to go to a few meetings and talking to your doctor about the issues you are having so maybe they can change your meds
