Dealing with Physical Symptoms of Anxiety

How do you deal with the physical symptoms of anxiety like feeling shaky or week in the legs or arms? Sometimes I physically feel anxious even though my mind is calm. But eventually the physical symptoms worry me to the point where I DO became mentally anxious

I usually just leave it to pass. Stop focusing on it and it goes away.

Once i was on the phone for an interview and when the call was done i realized my phone holding arm was so tense that it hurt and i don't think I'll be getting a call back for unrelated reason But stuff like that happens, Drink water Is the only medical advice i feel qualified to give i don't know if it will help but being well hydrated doesn't hurt I guess really I'm only here to say you're not alone in this <3
