Dealing with Traumatic Flashbacks and Memory Loss After Psychosis

Hiya. New here. I first suffered psychosis at 16, I stayed in a psychiatric hospital for weeks and had a couple of relapses when I eventually was discharged. However I'm now not under any team and no longer take antipsychotics. I've been feeling generally good but now and then I've been getting a few traumatic flashbacks recently and stressful dreams about it. They usually pass by but they're still unpleasant. Alongside this there are blanks in my memory from my episodes which I can find a bit anxiety producing but I know they must be there for a reason. Anyone else experience this?

Yes, sometimes i got sleep paralysis or get paranoid. I try to find in the dream my Way Out the only thing that help me to distinguish dream from reality is that with praying i go out of the dream and wake up.
