Looking for advice on managing eczema flare ups

I’ve been using Eucerin for years, and it seems work ‘okay’. Is there any creams or lotions y’all use to keep flare ups on the down low?

Whenever I have flare ups I use topical steroids like diprolene and temovate. How often do you have flare ups?

Have you tried a cream that contains Salicylic Acid? I use a cream called ‘Gold Bond Ultimate’ that has been helping me a lot lately ...

I have flare up daily from sweat, clothing rubbing on my back (biggest spot I have) and other spots.

Which Eucerin? I’ve used a deep moisturizer with vitamins A, C, and E, and I got mileage out of it for my mild case (affected skin basically looks old & dry, joint & nail discoloration), but I admit to not having tried too many things.
