It really helps me. Although sometimes I’m concerned it works a little TOO well because my ‘care’ for problems and stuff is just nonexistent. Something horrid could happen and I’m pretty much unphased.

Effexor/Venlafaxine has helped quite a bit with my agoraphobia and anxiety. I think it's an SNRI rather than an SSRI. SSRI medications never worked for me and often made me feel worse.
