I use a TENS machine, which does provide some relief. It certainly doesn’t fix it, but I do recommend. I have one called the Ovira. And I’ve spent many, many hours with my heating pad! My naturopath also recently recommended NAC or GlutaClear supplements, anti inflammatory supplements like turmeric, and also Vitex to balance estrogen and progesterone. That being said, I haven’t had a ton of success with natural remedies and I am at a point where I am considering surgery (I wasn’t ready before but the pain is progressing in severity).

absolutely not on the implant i have endo aswell and i got nexplanon when i was 16 to "help" with it and it made my cramps turn into labor contractions, it made my endometriosis worse and if you're able to i would get it taken out 🧍🏻‍♀️ for helping with the cramps you want a heating pad, random weird positions with your legs should help, laying on your stomach, a hot bath (use a tampon)
