Feeling Disliked and Lost

Hello first post here, been having some pretty major life umm changes, and a friend told me to download this, does anyone have advice on how to not feel like everyone always dislikes/ doesn’t care for you? I’ve been starting to want to just live alone and cut off all human connections until I’m “better” but I also don’t think that would help/ might lead to my ultimate self destruction, very lost honestly just looking for understanding

I can absolutely identify with what you’re feeling but the opposite is actually better. Finding supportive friends that can help you find peace and positivity are key. Know you’re far from alone feeling this way. It’s a normal feeling when dealing with life changes/depression/anxiety. It’s just a matter of working through it and building a new and better tomorrow.

I used to feel that way too for a long time and still isolate myself from couples TV movies and ads. I mainly play video games and watch YouTube videos and play piano. I go walking for exercise. I’m thirty one years old single adult male part time piano teacher and I go see therapists and other mental places that helps with all my disorders. Hopes this helps 😊
