Tizanidine has helped me quite a bit, I take 4mg every night and 2-4mg during the day depending on how I'm doing

Gabapentin has been a life charger for me. Tizanidine has helped me a lot too. Heat will become your best friend. Blue-emu never cream is amazing. Hope one of these helps!

Medical marijuana has made a huge improvement in my quality of life with fibro!

Tried gabapentin, Celebrex, muscle relaxers, and migraine meds. Eventually all stop working after a few weeks or just don’t help enough of my symptoms to be worthwhile. I have my medical marijuana card and that’s been the biggest help for me! And combining BOTH thc with cbd is really important!!!!

Lyrical and medical MJ are the 2 that has help me with fibromyalgia.
