Fibromyalgia pain in joints after activity

Does anyone else with Fibromyalgia get really horrible pain in their joints when they’ve done too much? My wrists, knees and elbows in particular are so painful and keep clicking.

Yeah all the time. Not clicking tho, clicking isn't a bad thing is just similar to trapped air but in joints

I get this too! Mostly ankles, knees, hips, and wrists for me. And also the clicking, especially if I've been in one position for too long.

For me it's my knees, back, neck and feet. It's awful, the stiffness, burning, aching, cracking, clicking.

Yes! For me it's wrists, ankles, knees and one side of my hip. It's when my fingers hurt and click that freaks me out though

Feeling exactly this right now - went to dinner with my partners family and I really wasn't up to it. All the joints in my hands and arms are screaming rn!

I’m sorry, I hope you feel a little better soon💗 it’s really difficult to stick to plans when the pain gets bad. When the pain is bad it helps to use heat, painkillers and some stretches!😌

Yes, I have missed so many family events because of the terrible nerve pains.

Yes this is exactly what I experience! My chronic pain started off as joint pain in my knees and has spread to my other joints and body parts. My joints have also become much more clunky over time too. Although doctors said this was normal and harmless at first, since I mentioned it had increased, they said that wasnt as normal.

I literally just posted about overdoing it and the pain afterward. My entire body hurts, muscles and joints. My knees, wrists, and fingers are popping when I move. My hands hurt so much I can't make a fist. It's so frustrating
