Nothing it will help 100%. But lots of ibuprofen and Duloxetine. Also Gabapentin helps me a lot.

I'm on co-codamol and gabapentin and the mix together works very well.

There are only three approved medications specifically for FMS. Savella, Lyrica & Cymbalta. However some Doctors prescribe Gabapentin & other nerve pain medications. Also Ibuprofen can help for breakthrough pain as well but should not be taken daily. I take epsom salt jacuzzi baths often. I also use a heated blanket. I make my own massage oil out of emu oil (carrier oil for pain) along with Copaiba EO & other EO’s (essential oil) specifically aimed for pain as well.

Low dose naltrexone has been a life saver for me. It helps to diminish the pressure points and full body pain I feel daily. It never fully goes away, but it helps tremendously.

I've just recently started a 3 month trial on a low dose on amitriptyline

They just increased my cymbalta to 60mg. Let's hope it works 🤞

Im on 75mg of Lyrica. Still have pain, but it's easier to manage with the Lyrica.
