It happens to me sometimes! I always thought it was a part of high anxiety

I get that, but it's unrelated to my anxiety. I have fibromyalgia, which affects my grip strength. I've had anxiety much longer than the fibro and I didn't have that issue until I developed fibro.

Maybe if you are having a panic attack or if you are just more anxious than usual you could be shaking or have sweaty hands. Try to take a couple of deep breaths in those moments.

I used to have that issue after waking up if I was very sleepy! Do you think it could be related to your blood circulation? Do your hands often get cold or fall asleep?

Dracaryssa, yes! I think it could be related to blood circulation too, I sometimes randomly get very light headed like im going to pass out. I dont think I need more exercise or anything because I am already in shape and eat healthy, as well as take walks regularly.

I've had similar issues but I found that drinking lots of water every day has helped! Oddly enough, my doctors attribute my dizziness to dehydration. I'm sure you drink enough water but thought I'd share my experience ☺️

That happens to me when I've been drawing/writing for a long period of time. Maybe you're gripping too hard? Or, if you have any bracelets/hair bands on your wrist, try taking them off. They might be messing with your blood flow, mate :(

I know also sometimes I start to lose feeling in my hands and feet when I'm having an anxiety attack (idk if it's physiological or dissociation or what) but that makes me clumsy
