Head Pressure When Waking Up - Need Advice

Does anyone have head pressure when they wake up? It almost starts like I need to stretch my arms and legs, and then I stretch and I can hear a wind sound in my ears. Then the head pressure. If I wake up at 4am I am fine, but if I go back to sleep, it all comes back. It’s like I wake up feeling funny? And then I find it quite difficult to get up as the head pressure gets bad, fuzzy feeling in my head. I drink water during the night and I have snacks. If I get the head pressure then dizziness is bad to 🤦🏼‍♀️ #potsie

A pressure feeling in your head, especially coming from the base of your skull and/or your neck, might be cervical instability

Does the head pressure start specifically when you sit up in bed, or is it right when you wake up? I get head pressure too, but it's only once I'm upright. And similar to you, if I wake up in the middle of the night and get up for some reason, like to use the bathroom, it's usually not nearly as bad as when I wake up again later at my usual time

urm sometimes it usually happens after I change position in bed. Or I suddenly wake up! It’s like I can’t lie down for too long if that makes sense?
