Unfortunately for this one it depends on your health insurance. I had to pay for one bottle of testosterone out of pocket because I didn't want to wait for the insurance approval for the prescription, so in 2018 it was $65. But as long as I'm on my dad's insurance it's covered and I don't have to pay anything. If possible, I'd recommend trying to find out if your health insurance (if you have it) will cover HRT, otherwise there are also programs like Point of Pride that have HRT Access Funds to help people afford it
