Has anyone tried KT tape for joint pain?

Has anyone used KT tape for loose joints and joint pain? I've started using some for things like my back and wrist, but I want to know if it's worked for other people before I invest in more tape.

I use it when my shoulder is giving me pain and feeling loose and it’s done wonders! I used to use it on my knee too back in high school and it helped me be able to run.

I love it but I just recently had an allergic reaction to it so am letting my skin heal before trying to use it again. Make sure you get the right brand and k latex free

no way I literally just had the same thing happen. But normally kt tape is great and doesn't give me any issues! Would highly recommend. My fav brand is called kinesio gold (great strength) , but for sensitive skin I would try our colour (very caring to skin and lasts pretty long too)
