I have not tried it yet- I need to get things sorted out organizationally first haha! My best friend has tried it and she says it really helps her as long as she is consistent with it!

Thank you for the reply, Rosie! I purchased a happy light and haven't been consistent with it since I moved, ope. Happy to hear it works with your friend! I hope it works with you too, when you try đź’•

I have not tried this yet, but one of my best friends who also struggles with depression has a “natural sun lamp” for her office at work and she says it really helps.

Hi! I have a SAD lamp I use to help w my major depression in the winter. I use it for a few hours each day. It helps, you just need to be consistent with it and it does take a few weeks before you might notice any effects. Try to be consistent and patient and it might work out for you!
