Lower Left Back Pain and Chlamydia Treatment

Does anyone know why my lower left back may have just started hurting? The pain kind of radiates through my left leg too. It’s quite achy and sore. Haven’t done any movements I don’t normally do. I recently got diagnosed with chlamydia and am on the treatment for it but I don’t think the infection or treatment would cause this pain. It hurts my lower left side of my back when I move my left leg to walk and hurts even when I just cough. I tried to google it but you all know what Google answers can be like…useless🙄😂 if anyone has a clue please lmk as idk if this is something I should just let go or see a doctor over
