Managing Anxiety in Relationships

how do I stop my anxiety from destroying relationships? I'm changing meds, but I need to find other methods too.

because it just did...or at least it's looking that way. He did something that unintentionally triggered the anxiety I have around relationships, it got the best of me, and he's "taking a step back to think about the relationship"

oh I'm so sorry 😞 take a lot of deep breaths. I feel like my panic attacks and anxiety get in the way of my relationship as well. I become disconnected and distant, but my medication has helped a little bit. Therapy is expensive (but helpful). It taught me to communicate my feelings a bitbetter.

You may want to (if available to you) talk to a therapist about if your anxiety stems from trauma, then work on tackling that.
