Managing Chronic Pain: Is There More to Life?

I’ve tried multiple types of PT, types of therapeutic massage, I’ve yet to find an appropriate chiropractor. I’m wondering if there comes a time when you do all you can but life becomes just managing symptoms and planning life around your lack of ability?

I know what you are talking about. When I was diagnosed I felt like my whole life was the disease. I just focused on all my disabilities. It was a difficult period for me and also for my family. It took a while until I realized I needed to learn how to live with it. I started exercising regularly, especially pilates and cycling. It helps my mood, strengthens me, and makes me feel like I'm one of the healthy people.

For awhile I did water PT and loves it. But now I can only walk short distances before my whole body is in flames and I pass out.
