I say you should make sure you take time to focus on yourself and try to destress I also think you should make it known to your supervisor what is going on that is adding to your stress maybe they can help reduce your stressors

Actively do things you enjoy, don't just focus on getting rid of stress. Paint or read a book or watch a show you like, don't stress out about reducing stress

I’ve been off work more than I’ve been working. Honestly, I do my job great and then any stressful situation causes me to go into a huge flair. I feel like the stress is sucking the life right out of me.

I like to wake up early so I can do something for myself before work. Like drinking my coffee and reading a nice book. In those days I feel more relaxed at work and don't get stressed that easily.
