Question about MCAS symptoms and diagnosis without visible rash

do you have to have recurring hives to have MCAS? I have EDS and POTS, so I know mcas is quite likely, and I get a lot of other symptoms like unexplained headaches, nausea, cramping, diarrhea and intense itching, but never have a rash or visible symptoms. could I still have MCAS?
