Concerns about medication combination and potential judgement

I am on Wellbutrin for my depression and Naltrexone for my alcohol use. Upon research, I found that the combination of the 2 is used for weight loss. However, that's not why I need the medication. Is anybody else on this combination NOT for weight loss? If so, do you receive judgement from the pharmacist when you go to pick up your medication? I ask because I'll be refilling my Naltrexone soon for the first time since being prescribed Wellbutrin, and I'm afraid what the pharmacist will say/think when they see me, an already thin person, taking this combination.

Hello I use Naltrexone to help reduce my drinking at times. I get what you mean about the pharmacist thing, I always mention it's for alcohol not drugs, I fotlr some reason find this a bit easier. I also use Baclofen the two together increase the chances alot more to stopping. Good luck.
