With Fibromyalgia I have a Rheumatology that helps me when I have flare ups. With CPTSD I have a therapist to talk to and help me emotional deal with life and a Psychotrist that gives me medications to calm down the fight or flight response to the trauma.

Maybe you should be keeping up with your physical therapy I mean your muscles have to stay loose or you're going to be on your floor you don't want to be falling a lot and your muscles are what keeps U joints moving don't forget that it's nice to meet you honey and don't forget. Caught its stay away from them it's your vitamins and your minerals and your physical therapy exercise and breast don't overdo it relax and breathe
