By nature I'm a night person. My most productive hours are 7 PM - 11:45 PM. Unfortunately, I have to get up really early for work (and have for many years) and still haven't really adjusted.

No, you are not. Fatigue is a real symptom I deal with daily. Some days are better than others but it is always there.

Ugh, I don't know anymore. I enjoyed EARLY mornings when I worked the medical field. It was quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed late nights when I was growing up. It seemed the night was infinite. Now? I'm a mother of 3 pinching pennies to stretch my husband's income so I can homeschool, and I kinda wanna say I'm neither a morning person nor a night owl but a noon coon, lol. At my peaking best around lunch time, lol.

I remember loving mornings as a kid. From HS on, I dread them. I would much rather stay up late and sleep in. I hated working 8-5, even if I liked my job. When my kids got older, working 2-11pm was my favorite shift. Now that I'm in my fifties, I don't really like either. I function best between 10am-2pm and 5pm-8pm. From 2-5pm, my body and mind are fried.

Prefer nice cozy evenings now but used to love mornings when I was younger. I don't like sleeping in too much in the mornings either tho

Probably morning. I have found that the earlier i wake up like 3am, the more lively and awake i am. Whilst if I am waking up at 6 or 7am, i am barely awake and i guess, grumpy. Anyone else relate?

I’m kinda SOL in the disabled area with this. I love to wake up early, but because I need help getting dressed and such, I have to wait till my mom wakes up and comes to help me with some health procedures. I need done in the morning and then help me get dressed. So after that’s all done, I usually don’t get up till 11 unfortunately. So, then that leaves the option of staying up late, but since I have sleep apnea, I am really get tired early and have to go to bed earlier. You gotta love the med life 😜
