Muscle Tightening from Ear to Nose - Fibromyalgia?

I’m wondering if anyone has nerve or muscle tightening from where your ear connects at the top across your cheek to the bridge of your nose. I talk to my neurologist about it. He had no explanation so he called it fibromyalgia. I don’t know if it is fibromyalgia or not. It’s annoying and it’s been going on for maybe a year now . Doctors tend to write everything off as FMS. Doctor have been incorrect a few times in diagnosing. All my pain is fibromyalgia.🤷‍♀️🙄

I didn't understand completely where is the pain...any chance it could be sinusitis or a TMJ related problem, which occurs frequently with FMS? Xx

the pain is from my cheekbone above my ear across my face to my nose. I’m not sure how long it’s been going on but the muscle and the nerve tighten up across my face.
