Should I See a Doctor for My Neck Pain?

Should I go to the doctor to talk about my neck pain? I started having neck pain 2 to 3 months ago and it go better but started to plateau about 3 weeks ago. It no longer hurts if I move my head normally unless I try to look over my shoulder. But I can't crack mu neck like I used to be able to before this started.

Yeah. I had basically the same thing and went to doctor. She had me make an appointment with neurologist and orthopedist also. Don’t what’s up yet.

If it were in your shoes, I personally would try going to a chiropractor. In the past, mine has taken x-rays to see what’s going on with my spine and he makes a treatment plan/adjustments accordingly. Not everyone loves the idea of chiropractic care, but I know it’s been helpful for me.

Got bad neck pain myself. I try Chiro. Hot showers let hot water hit your neck. Ice packs. Massager gun gentle spread. Peppermint oil roll on neck. Hot wash cloths. Etc.
