Trying to Overcome My Anxiety and Surprise My Husband

I haven’t been able to go to a movie theater in years. A couple months ago I couldn’t even leave my home but worn meds and therapy I’m able to get out more now. I’m trying to attempt seeing the new Thor movie today with my husband and I’m anxious but I’m really trying to surprise him with it since we both really wanted to see it. Appreciate any thoughts/prayers as I attempt this today. I really want to prove I can do it and fight through this anxiety.

I actually was able to sit through the whole movie and my anxiety died down after a while so I really enjoyed it and had fun. It was so unexpected and the support from my online strangers 😉 really helped me too. Thank you all!
