I personally only take Advil but I’ve found a lot of success with foam rolling to help ease some of the pain from my scoliosis 💗if you don’t have a foam roller you could really even roll up a towel and rubber band it

I have tried most over the counter meds nothing seem to lighten the pain. I use a medicine ball.

Also as an ex gymnast, I swear by biofreeze on achey body parts. Icy hot is a little more tolerable if you wanted to start slower with it since biofreeze feels a little rough on sensitive skin

Excedrin is one of my go tos, it does have caffeine which doesn't mesh with everyone. I try to make sure I move throughout the day without over doing it, walking is great with inserts in my shoes. Tens units have been my favorite for a long time. There are epsom salt blends at Walmart that I go through constantly, there's a chronic pain one that I really love. I also really like tiger balm.
