Pairing Prozac: Seeking Advice

Those who take Prozac: you pair anything with the medicine within your routine? If yes, what do you do and is it helpful? I feel as though I may be developing a tolerance to it, but I definitely do not want to stop taking it.

i used to take prozac at some point. but it wasn't that helpful alone, so my psychiatrist also prescribed me abilify. it was definitely better than taking prozac alone

I currently take Prozac. I pair it with melatonin nightly, it is taken most often at Morning but nightly with melatonin helps it settle in and work. It takes 2 weeks on average to kick in!

I pair it with ibuprofen because my sickness has to do with inflammation! But I reccomend CBD and L-Theanine for stress! ❤️

does the CBD help you? I take 100mg a day and it may give me a bit more energy but doss nothing for anxiety

I take it for my OCD with Welbutrin for depression and it does good things for me. would be cool if i had a sex drive tho bc thats gone lol

I took it with Wellbutrin for a while. I'm bipolar, so this only worked short-term for me, but worked well for the depression.
