You need to have vegetables in you're diet no matter if you have PCOS or not. You're nutrient levels will drop too low other wise.

Is the no veggies an allergy or personal preference? My nutritionist has a 33/33/33 rule for PCOS. Meaning your grams of protein, fat (healthy fats), and fiber should all be equal every meal. She has me eating 3-5 cups of cruciferous vegetables daily. I have found it’s pretty easy to hide cauliflower in anything.
