Post-Outing Emotional Fallout: Is It Normal?

Having and implementing your outing plans. Feeling and doing okay even coming home. Then FEELING it all the next day. (Tired - irritated - triggers - feeling fine) is that a thing? Or is my Cyclothymia just cycling low?Lol

absolutely is a thing!! i know mentally and physically, the day after is usually the hardest for me. i snap at people a lot easier and honestly just have a lot less tolerance. it’s sort of like a rubber band? the more you pull it, the harder it’ll snap back. every action has its reaction and all that!! i don’t have exactly what u have but i hope this can be of some help! :)

wow, yeah, absolutely makes sense why I get so drained after giving everything. Kind like a muscle you don’t use all the time so it gets tierd
