Questioning Bipolar Diagnosis after 10 Years: Need Advice

I'm curious as to the feedback I will get here. I was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 when I was 16. now 10 years later I'm questioning it and wondering if it could be BPD or maybe nothing at all. I'm so lost in my head, everything feels empty all the time and idk how to start that conversation with my psychiatrist...anything helps and thanks for taking the time to read this...

I know you posted this a long time ago but I have experienced bipolar disorder since I was a child, but was diagnosed just last year. I am wondering the same thing about BPD. I know how you feel! You are not alone. I have an appointment with my psychologist next week and Im going to bring it up. What I'm planning is writing down things I do that may be part of BPD, and let her ask me more questions to see. Hope this helps!. 💕
