Dealing with Rosacea and Skin Inflammation

Does anyone else have rosacea and skin inflammation combo? Cuz I do and it's getting so bad. I've tried everything over the counter, but nothing works. Looking for all the advice lol.

I have been dealing with Rosacea most of my life. (I am 34) The one thing I have learned is to never use and soap on your face. It does not matter the brand. Everytime I wash my face with any kind of soap, my face breaks out. So something I learned to do is everytime I use the bathroom I will just wash/rinse my face. Also every morning, no matter what the weather is like; sunscreen! Always. The best brand I have found is called SunBum. It's the one sunscreen that I have found that does NOT aggravate my Rosacea. And it smells like bananas 💕
