Is it bad that I only take my medicine 4 days out of the week?

It could be counter productive because you may need to take it everyday for your meds to truly work.

If it's one that relies on having specific blood level percentage that's built up over a couple days, it won't be as effective. Some adhd meds are "as needed" though. It depends on what you're on and what you're doctor recommended

I don’t take mine on the weekends unless I have something to do that requires me to diligently focus, like schoolwork or outstanding work projects. Other than that, I usually only take it M-F. I do sometimes wonder, though, if maybe I’m hindering myself by doing that 🤔

if it's something like strattera that builds up in your system over time, then you're getting a lower dose than you've been prescribed. if it's a stimulant med, there's no build up over time, so taking it 4 days a week is perfectly okay!

There’s nothing wrong with taking adderall only a few times a week! I even find that my stimulants work better after I take a short break from them. However, your other two medications should be taken every day. Most SSRI’s and I’m assuming your other medication must be taken regularly for them to work properly.
