Sore Throat with CPAP Use: Any Suggestions?

You have find comfort place to tight hurts face,to slack air comes out but if you still have problems ask place u got at.

Also if you have sore throat might be your mouth open ,do you have full mask or mouth mask.

I remember having the same issue, I highly recommend adding a humidifier to your room. Also, drinking water prior to going to bed helps! I suggest having a glass by your side in case you wake up at night with a dry mouth.

If your CPAP mask doesn't fit right, it can cause a poor air seal around your face, which can create air leaks that dry out your airways and make your throat feel scratchy and sore.
